Suggestions for Use Soak in slightly salted warm water for about 12 hours prior to cooking. Place in a tall narrow pot (earthenware is best) and gently simmer in as little water as possible (if necessary, add boiling water whilst cooking). Cook on a very low light so as to obtain gently simmering rather than violent bubbling.
