Information for the consumer in accordance with Legislative
Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185 concerning consumer protection and
distance contracts.

The above-mentioned Decree gives you the right to withdraw
from the purchase within ten working days of receipt of the
goods by sending communication to the above address via a
registered letter.
Withdrawal may also be communicated via telegram or fax to
0742/661306, provided it is done within the same time limit
as above and that it is then confirmed by means of a registered
letter within the following 48 hours.
The right of withdrawal may not be exerted in contracts concerning:
Goods which have been made to measure or clearly personalised
or which cannot be sent back because of their nature or
the risk of their deteriorating or changing quickly.
The supply of sealed audio-visual products or computer software
which have been opened by the client.
The supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
Should the right of withdrawal be exerted, the client must,
at his own expense, see that the goods are returned to the
Frantoio Alberto Cipolloni S.a.s. within 10 working days of
their receipt. The goods must be intact and unused and should
be returned by means of pre-paid insured postage. Packages
sent requiring payment on delivery or carriage forward will
not be accepted.
The client will receive written confirmation of this information.
